🛡 Identity verification is required
Before any listing goes live on the MLS, the property owner must complete identity verification — a government photo ID, an ownership match against the deed/tax record, and (if you're remote) a short video ID call. This protects against listing fraud and is required under California DRE and MLS rules. Your listing cannot be published until this is complete.
